We have just spent 9 nights at Pelangi Bali. The staffs were most welcoming and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The rooms were clean and tidy, air conditioned and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were a little tired and could have been a little cleaner but it was not an issue.
Free buffet breakfast at the restaurant every morning was great, especially overlooking the surf. However, we were not interested in eating there for lunch or dinner because it was too expensive and the menu didn’t interest us much.
The pool was clean and appealing but it too, was looking a little dated. The steps down to the beach and the exterior walls of the hotel were untidy and unsafe. The hotel didn’t look very appealing from the beach during the day.
The only other thing that wasn’t a huge issue, but a little annoying had to drag your bags upstairs to the lobby. Apart from that, we loved the place, and will definitely come back to stay. The location is great, far enough from the hustle and bustle of Kuta, but closes enough to still walk there.
Thank you to all the staff at Pelangi, we had an excellent stay. Definitely will back again!
