beutiful panoramas and friendly staff

My friend and I stayed at the Grand Istana Rama for 3 nights and it was great to stay there. The facilities, the services and the staffs are great. When we arrived at the hotel, one of the staff give us a local fruit and it tasted good. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was clean and cozy, bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water. The food is good and if we wanted some thing different for breakfast we asked the hotel staff the day before and they prepared it for us. We also had breakfast on the patio which overlooks the beach. The pool area was very clean, and the pool attendants were very helpful and polite. There were plenty of taxis right outside the hotel, they were cheap took us where ever we wanted to go. Really liked staying here and sitting on the patio watching the beautiful views of Bali.
