We had a fabulous time. We stayed at the Keraton at the end of our holiday on Bali and it was just what we needed; a bit of pampering. The beach was quiet, clean and hassle free and the fish restaurants nearby were cheap and the food was delicious. Also we loved the garden at keratin, it is beautiful. We liked Breakfast was amazing! Pool was beautiful. The Keraton Jimbaran Hotel located near the beach and the beach fantastic. Beach was lovely, sunset sensational. Free shuttle to Kuta we didn’t like any activities or entertainment arranged by hotel...only volleyball! Not many restaurants to choose from outside of the hotel. Unluckily there is no gym here! We love to stay here again.

When I came to the hotel, I have been greeting by staff in traditional costumed uniform what they called ‘kamen’and by arrival herald by a gong certainly diminished any inferiority complex I may have previously experienced. I booked the deluxe room and it is spacious and clean. The furniture included a dedicated veranda with twin seating and table, again in ornate Balinese woodwork. The pool area had a swim-up bar which regrettably was never in service. The service, the friendly staff and location by far made up for the plain rooms. The breakfast is buffet style and caters for just about all tastes from fresh fruits and pastries. While the beach was beautiful, there wasn’t much in walking distance other than the fantastic beach seafood restaurants which are highly recommended and a few stalls for postcards, sarongs, t-shirts. However the hotel does provide a free shuttle service to Kuta twice a day and Kuta, Nusa Dua and Seminyak are all about 40 mins away at most if you wish to get Taxis Jimbaran Bay is beautiful and definitely a place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Great relaxing holiday!!

Paid 4 star price but got 5 star service. Can't fault the place, rooms were good, service was good, staff were friendly and helpful, what more could you ask for. Not a place for those who want to be near the shops, traffic can be quite busy. Great place if your looking for peace and quiet and if you love fresh fish then it is the area to stay. This is our 3rd time to Bali, we stay at different hotels every time we come but I will have to stay here again.

Asked if I would stay here again...without a doubt!! I was hesitant when I went to book but was absolutely glad I did. Had a wonderful time, service was superb, highly under-rated, should be a 5 star not a 4. Come on all those who have stay here, give these guys the wrap they deserve.
