We stay here for 9 days and we love it.
We arrived mid night in the hotel after long flight from Vancouver. We gladly meet with welcoming staffs. They have prepared our room and give us welcome drink on the arrival. Our room large and clean and so does with the bathroom. We have room with terrace and access to the lagoon. The gardens are so beautiful. Breakfast is good, like it, and the staffs so friendly.
There also swimming pool looks old. We spend our time more outside the hotel. We go to Kuta, Ubud and many other places.
Oh, we also go to Jimbaran Bay for romantic dinner. They have lobster there, and the price is reasonable.

The name of Laguna is taken from the lagoon, which is the lagoon encircled by the room of the hotel. The lagoons are all over the place and each building is surrounded by them. The lagoons are lovely and each one them is swimmable. The Pools and Lagoons took lot of our time during our stay at Hotel. The gardens and lagoons are lush and well looked after, an abundance of green and blue and flowers everywhere. We take the deluxe lagoon room and it has access to the lagoon. The rooms are very clean and appropriately luxurious. We love the bath tub. The friendly and helpful staffs will help all the guests.
The room service is prompt and very useful. The Hospitality is great as it is in whole of Bali. The Buffet Breakfast at cafe Laguna is excellent and has more than enough variety. Served with the great Balinese Hospitality it becomes even more special. The Beach is peaceful and water is transparent. Not like in Kuta which is crowing place and not convenient to stay.

I was amazed at the cleanliness and freshness of the place, as well as the beautiful pools that surrounded the hotel. The pools had sand beaches and surrounded by delightful vegetation and flowers with a relaxing feel from the waterfalls.
It was slightly above our budget however we do not regret staying there, amazing experience with such friendly staff and professional service. Read more | | |
