A very pleasant resort hotel in quiet Sanur. The kid free club rooms and pool were worth the few extra dollars... The room was nice everything worked well. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Two swimming pools, my only complaint being the water was colder than usual Bali pools. Staffs were great, nothing was too much bother. Lots of new good quality restaurants have opened in the vicinity. Mostly European client's stay in the hotel.
The hotel location is great. Near to a number of good restaurants and pubs. Local restaurants are excellent. A bit quiet for those looking for nightlife but ideal for couples and families
Definitely would stay here again.

Stay for 3 days at Puri Santrian. We stay in Club room. The room is large and comfortable. The rooms were really clean and spacious- with a big balcony, four poster bed and view of the pool. The hotel itself is very well tended. The staff are brilliant and Bali as a whole has the friendliest people we had ever met and we have both travelled a fair bit.. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate with a real tropical feel. You get towels to use by the pool which is nice and everywhere are beautiful orchids in pots. They have 2 swimming pools and both are fantastic. Food was excellent and everything is done with a smile and very efficiently. The Bali gala night is a must, the Indonesian buffet style food was outstanding.
The hotel is in a small area with a few fantastic restaurants and your 'Irish bar' British Pub combo! (Good cocktails in the Double Dutch Bar) but the surrounding area is not what you would call picturesque and it seems like such a contrast when you walk out of the hotel into the main road. We went to Seminyak one day (Taxi ride- 15 minutes) and I thought that had a very different feel as an area with amazing shops restaurants and bars (a lot busier) and more cosmopolitan.
I will back again to Bali and stay in Puri santrian. Love to stay here again.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights before moving across to the Hard Rock Hotel on the other side of the hotel. Upgraded to the Club room with a private pool. Popular hotel as it was quite full when we were there. Only second time in bali so not much to compare it with yet. Staff were friendly and found Sanur more quite and relaxing then the other side of the Island. Would I stay at Puri Sanur again? Yes.
