Average : 4/5 | The hotel is well kept and within walking distance to Kuta Beach and Shopping areas. Overall, I am very happy with my stay with the hotel except the short period of power failure on Friday evening. The services and foods that are provided were excellent. The service of the hotel was superb. We got a pleasant surprise when a birthday cake for my fiancé was placed in the hotel room, which was a very sweet gesture. Save for the slightly leaking bar fridge, I'm truly impressed by the awesome service, food and experience we have had during our stay
I have recommended my friends to put up at the hotel in 2008. I will re-visit Bali again with my family and I will definitely book the same hotel.

Average : 4/5 | Stayed at the Ramayana with my friends. Its my first time in Bali and we chose to stay in Ramayana Hotel. I was a bit disappointed with the small Lobby area as it was crowed (lots of guests, guide and staff moving around), but the check in process was quick which was impressing. We choose to stay in deluxe room. The room was large and clean. The staff were very kind and friendly, always smiling when meet guests. The second thing that impressed me was the hotels 2 swimming pools. It’s quite private and large. The Stadium Bar downstairs is also great. It was also great having a small convenient store in the hotel and a 24 mini mart next to Hotel.
We enjoyed our stay in Ramayana Hotel because of the location of the hotel. Its only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the traditional markets which by the way were absolutely magnificent. Brought a lot of wonderful Balinese Tshirts and bags. Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, will return again and hope to enjoy another stay at this hotel.

Average : 4/5 | Not much to fault in this hotel. Stayed in the top floor. Rooms were well designed with Balinese furniture, spacious and clean. Very artistic rooms.
Convenience of shops and sports bar and restaurants down stairs.
Our breakfast was included in the package and it was buffet style and not bad. Staff are friendly and courteous. Good hotel.
