Fantastic hotel. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The deco, landscape and the facilities are just so beautiful. The staffs are friendly, courteous and really helpful. We dint like with our first room’ it is a little bit old and the bathroom smelly. Then next day we decide to move to another room. The first room we were given was facing the mini golf, but then the next day we move to another room. The service was wonderful. the second room was a bit bigger and had a beautiful canopy bed, but the bathroom had the same faults. The service and food and amenities outside of the room were impeccable. I do think the rooms definitely are the downfall of this hotel. The spa services were wonderful but VERY overpriced. As we had similar services at the four season for HALF the price and same level of excellence. The sunset there cannot be beat.

This was my first stay at a Ritz and it met my expectations completely. The hotel grounds are beautiful, especially the pools. Once we had found the place, they welcomed us very warmly, and after a while of waiting while enjoying our welcome drinks. The interior of the villa was superbly maintained, very clean, and very comfortable, the tub was filled with warm water with flowers on top to welcome us. The food presentations were inspired and delicious, a light lunch service, afternoon tea, heavy appetizers, desserts and beverages (including alcohol served all day). The newest feature of the hotel is an amazing infinity edge pool (the 3rd pool on the property) perched between the ocean's edge and the base of a cliff. The staff was incredibly attentive and polite. There are lots of restaurants outside the hotels, such as Japanese restaurants, western and seafood that offer tasty and delicious food. My husband and I enjoyed our last day at the beach and we decide to book one table at the restaurants outside the beach. At night the panoramas is so beautiful, all the table complete with candle and there are also singer which is sing songs that we had requests before. What a romantic and lovely experience before going back home. Love to stay in Ritz Carlton again.

Very impressive hotel. My wife and I had a SeaView Villa, and from the time we got there, with a broad smile and warm greeting to the point we left, it was all very hospitable and professional. The views were splendid and the hotel facilities and staff were fantastic. Just a short drive to Uluwatu where you can see monkeys at the temple and great sunset views. I definitely will stay at the Ritz on my next visit to Bali!
