stayed with elderley mother and husband had to upgrade to grande room with seperate shower ,as shower over bath didn,t work and the bath was too high for my mother to get into, disappointed as most other 5 star resorts we have stayed at have shower and bath seprate.very good that they have weel chairs available as it was a long walk from our room to the lobby or the beach.The staff were very helpful and nothing was to mutch trouble.Found some really good resturants in the surounding areas,if this and other resorts dropped their food and beverage prices the gorgeous resturants would be busy at other times of the day instead of only for breakfast.Having said this my husband and I can,t wait to go back and stay at the ayodya what a beutiful place.

I have stayed in Ayodya Palace ocean view room for 4 nights. The room was very nice and clean, the view was fantastic, and the facilities of the Palace were good enough. In our stay for 4 nights, we enjoyed our time at your hotel. But I do personally feel that the staff’s politeness like a greeting 'Selamat Datang' or 'Selamat Pagi/Malam' would be fine. The free ride to and back Bali Collection was thoughtful and I would like to propose more of such transport arrangements to other malls or place of interest be considered, maybe even at a minimal rate. The beach was clean and well attended to. My kids enjoyed the sea waves. I would also like to suggest more water sports be arranged without interruption to the quietness surround of the beach. The pool is quite standard; maybe a water slide could cheer up the pool area. The breakfast is pretty much the same every morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I have booked this hotel through travel agent. They suggest this hotel as one of the best hotel in Bali for honeymooners, and it’s true. They had package for honeymooners and I take it, because the cheaper rate they give. When we arrived we were shown to our deluxe garden room, which was nice with a pretty satisfactory view of the gardens. We stay in this room for one day and moving to Grande for next days because my wife wants to stay in bigger room. The room has the view of the stunning lagoon, the pool and the sea. It was fantastic, a lovely specious room with a spectacular view in a great hotel. The room is so nice, complete with the facilities and it’s clean. The bathroom is nice, with marbles and also the bathtub. The pool was also great; especially the shallow kiddies’ pool which our son thought was the bee's knees. We could take over 4 or 5 sun-loungers and make a play pen for our son. All in all, we had a wonderful time and the Bali Hilton is a great place to visit for honeymooners or couples and senior. They have great breakfast which offer western, Balinese, oriental and Indonesian food, its nice, try it when you stay here. Afternoon tea was sweet and breakfast was good. The staffs is very kind and friendly, they remember the name of the guests stay there and it’s nice for me and my wife because we stay there for 5 days. I do really enjoy my honey moon time in Bali, the real place such in paradise.

We stayed at Ayodya Resort when it was still known as the Bali Hilton. At that time it was quite impressive and the rooms were fresher, cleaner and newer. This time around we stayed in the Deluxe Garden View room, and was not overly impressed. The housekeeping did not clean my room, and we had to remind them to do so. Overall the staff were friendly and the grounds are spacious and very private. My cousin stayed here last year in the Ayodya Suite Ocean room, and had a wonderful time and experience. I guess the room you choose and the service you get for it may affect your experience. Looking forward to better things next time round
