The service here far exceeded our expectations. They certainly weren’t palatial, but they were plenty big enough for the two of us. The pool was gorgeous and the Seasalt restaurant served some of the best food we ate in Bali. If you have the chance to do the “Paradise Lost by Sea” experience offered by the hotel, I highly recommend it. The very private white sandy beach they take you to as part of this experience was the highpoint of our entire trip.
If you want to get away from the “touristy” areas and get a glimpse of the real Bali and the beautiful Balinese people, you will love the Alila Manggis.
Stay in Alila manggis for 4 nights and the room are spacious and clean. The bathroom complete with marble, outdoor shower and also bathtub.
One tips for all:
Try the snorkeling, it is fantastic. One activity I highly discourage, the trips into the choice of two villages. I went on the free trip to the "oldest village in Bali and is the only one with double ikat weaving"
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would go back if the price was right. It's definitely not perfect, but then there can't be much complaining when you are in Bali!

You should try yourself , polite staff and they go out of their way to make your feel good. My wife and I loved the cooking classes, and the food was wondeful.. Try it my friend. Read more | | |
