Average : 4/5 | This hotel has a very nice location over Kuta Central area. Located in Pantai Kuta Street, which is Main Street to Kuta Beach. Also its location near many mini shop (K-Mart,M-Mart), cheap but delicious restaurant (like WARUNG MADE), fast-food restaurant (McD and Pizza), also good spot to hang out (Starbucks Cafe, Hard rock Cafe) and night life spot (Kamasutra, Bounty,etc). Room is standard. For bungalow type only plain room with standard bed and bathroom with shower only (no bathtub).
Pool is nice and clean although quite small. It's good after play on beach/salt water to take soak on pool. We find out their Deluxe Room is nice but with price higher. Rate for domestic tourist on low season quite expensive, but it’s OK as they give the good services for us.
This hotel is good for holiday and for budget traveler.

Average : 4/5 | Reasonably priced hotel, and close to beach. Although in the middle of entertainment, restaurants and traffic, relatuvely quiet.
Staff made this place special. Warm and considerate. A few insects in my room when arrived, but they quickly did a second c.lean up which was apreciated.
