Conrad Bali is one of the best resort hotels I ever stayed. The openness and the space at the lobby give a warm welcome to the guests the moment you set foot in the property. The view from the lobby lounge was spectacular with the huge swimming pool below and the beach, sea and blue sky that stretches beyond it. The service was excellent and checking in was done in the comfort of the lobby lounge where a welcome drink and cold towels were served. The hotel room was comfortable, clean with one of the most comfy bed! However, the view from the Ocean View Deluxe Room was a disappointment as it was blocked by tree branches. So if you plan to pay premium for the Ocean View, perhaps you can save that money. The spa in the hotel was excellent, definitely worth every single cent though it's a little pricey compared to the many spa outside the hotel along Bali streets. Ambiance at the grill restaurant by the poolside was great, very romantic. Prices of restaurants within the hotel were moderately high but reasonable for the quality of food we got. Overall, I would highly recommend the die-hard romantics to try this hotel if you want to spend some quality time together, even without stepping out of the hotel at all.

It is absolutely beautiful property, with an amazing view from the lobby. Food was very good at the restaurants-the east, 8 degrees south but a very below average breakfast. Rooms were good, but they lacked basic things like no dental kit, no shaving kit in the bathroom. I would ask beach staff to stop pissing on the beach. It is quite embarrassing for women who are sunbathing. Should built toilet for its staff on beach. Best ever hotel based on my experience. It’s worth paying the higher price for the luxury and service. If you choose the pool access rooms, remember to request for sea view so that you can watch sun rise from the room. Great gardens and pool area plenty of beds available around the pool loved the bale .the road outside dangerous to walk down also paths along the beach should be upgraded. Only negative the peace and quiet was disturbed by the constant jet ski's and speed boats" Sure, I will back again.

Over all, a lovely holiday in Bali. We had a lagoon room, where you can step straight off your balcony in to the humongous pool. It has the best bed and pillows of all the hotels we stayed with. Very comfort with the luxurious 1000 thread count cover. The grounds were immaculate, very well designed with nice natural materials such as slate, granite, limestone, waterfalls. The lighting around the complex at night was lovely. The staffs are delightful, extremely polite and helpful at all times. The beach is not the best on the island, but it is fine - yellow sand. If you are going for the beach experience, there is lots of seaweed, shells and small rocks on the beach, so bring your shoes. But if you want to enjoy the beautiful beach, I will suggest going to Dream Land Beach, it is located in what they called “Jimbaran”. Nice view, view and sands. For food I recommend going to “Bumbu Bali”; a five minute ride to restaurant. Call them and they will pick you up at Conrad and bring you back. Food is authentic, excellent and very reasonably priced. There also a cooking class in “Bumbu Bali”, my husband, my Son and I followed the class and really enjoyed our experience to cook accompany by the chef. I will tries what I’ have learn in “Bumbu Bali” when I am going back home.

nothing have to say except: reindly staffs, good taste food, beautiful panoramas, and great service. really enjoy this holiday time. stay in conrad makes me feels fresh after doing business. have pleasure time here and enjoyed the beautiful beach that justs steps from the hotel. the room also fasilitated with internet and Tv cable that can make me easier to run business while iam in vacation. love to stay here again next time.

I have been to bali 4 times, and have stayed at 6 hotels, and I would say that Conrad is right up there as one of my best stays. Service perfect, and the hotel and it's surroundings and facilities could not be faulted. Impressed with the design and artistic creativity put into the rooms, restaurants and hotel in general. Definitely another stay here in future.
