Average :   4/5 | This hotel is good for its strategic location! Stores all over, surrounding this hotel and when you walk for minutes, you've arrived at some shopping area. The room was a good size and always cleans. The bathroom is also a good size. The hotel staffs were always polite. We were upgraded to a Pool View room and it was nice. Breakfast was okay, but as it was the same each day. The pool is nice. Got many sun light from the lounge. There are many sun lounges outside the pool. In the afternoon, I usually enjoy tea in the café and in the balcony in my room. It is nice to see the sunset panoramas from the balcony.
The beach:
The beach located near the hotel. It is only downside to this hotel is that you cant access the beach from it, you need to walk about 5 minutes around the outside to get there.

- Close to the shopping area. It’s close to Kuta Square & Discovery Mall.
Cleanness and friendly staff are the most things that I like in this hotel.

Average : 4/5 | We stay for 4 nights in this hotel. The hotel is quite large, with a ballroom. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a press button panel by the bed for TV, air conditioner, lights. Selection of TV channels was quite good, and we had tea/coffee making facilities. The marble bathroom had separate bath and shower, good range of toiletries and large, fluffy towels. The free form pool is set amongst pretty tropical gardens, and there were always plenty of vacant sun lounges, as most of the guests appeared to be Indonesian, and only went to the pool to take photos. The sun lounges and towels were a bit tired and could do with replacement. Break fast is OK. Staffs at the hotel were always friendly and smiling, and responded very quickly to any inquiries.
Matahari department store is a 5 minute walk in 1 direction, and Discovery Mall 5 minutes the other way. The markets are right next door, we took a taxi to the new Carrefour shopping center about a 10 minute drive, with a massive supermarket and several smaller shops. There are so many interesting things to buy, and all cheap price.
The hotel is near water boom, lots of restaurants, mini markets, bars. There are two beaches near the hotel: Tuban beach, Kuta beach. But unfortunately the hotel not beach front, but pool is great.
Highly recommend this hotel for families, lots of facilities for children here.

Average : 4/5 | Really didn't know much about the place. Decided to stay here as the reviews weren't too bad. Rooms could do with a bit of a reno. Staff were awesome, couldn't ask for more. Just wished the hotel was beach front but the pool was excellent. All in all was ok.

Average : 4/5 | Not a bad hotel, however suggest you try a beach facing room. Mine wasnt. Will try another hotel next time to compare.
